Exchange policy

Our exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a exchange part, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being exchange under any circumstances. Perishable goods such as Electric Parts , Glass , Plastic parts , Lights , body parts

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to us before checking with Auto Parts Sooq.


Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned to to us for exchange more than 7 days after delivery

Exchange rule

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or manifactring damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@autopartssooq.com

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to us in good condition and original packing.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please note that all sales on our website are final. Products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded after order completion due to the nature of spare parts, which may be affected by installation or use.

In Special Cases

If you receive a completely incorrect product or one that is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, you can contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order via email or customer service to file a claim supported by photos and your invoice.

Our specialized team will review the case, and if we confirm an error on our part, we will take appropriate action by sending the correct part or compensating the customer at the site management’s discretion.
